Please have patience whilst we process your order. There could be a slight lead time whilst we gather orders and get stock ready for delivery. Estimated delivery dates are on the announcement bar at the top of the page.

Once your order is ready you will be notified 1-2 days before your order is ready to be dispatched/collected.

For delivery, we use APC overnight as our courier with a next day service. Your order will be packaged in woolcool packaging. Using sheep wool liners and ice packs, your order should be kept cold for up to 48 hours whilst in transit.
