Here are some answers that you may be looking for. Please contact us if you still have any questions.

Are you a physical shop that we can visit?
No, we are operating through the website providing delivery and prior arrangement collections. We may host an occasional pop up shop but there will be dates advertised for this.

When will my order come?
At the moment we are working on a pre-order basis. This is so that we know how many animals are needed before they are sent to be butchered. We wouldn't want to waste a life so there will be up to a 3-4 week lead time from ordering.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, although this is still on a pre-order basis. There will still be a lead time on collection orders and you will be informed when your order is ready and we can arrange a collection time. Please do not arrive without a collection date and time allocated.

Is the meat halal or kosher?
No, the butchers we use do not slaughter the animals under this practice.

How will my order stay cold during transit?
We use woolcool packaging which is contained washed sheep wool making an amazing insulation layer. As well as ice packs, your package should stay cool for up to 48 hours from dispatch.
